    Classes For Every Goal

    At PBG, we believe every fitness journey is different, that is why we designed classes to support every goal and every season of life. In addition to our group classes, we offer space rental opportunities for independent coaches and trainers to host their own sessions, as well as private youth group and community group fitness programs.

    The Lifting Club

    Tues/ Thurs: 5AM, 6AM, 4:30PM

    Saturday: 9:30 AM

    A coach-led class blending strength and conditioning with functional movements you use in real life and athletic movements. Expect a dynamic warm-up, technique coaching, a strength block, and conditioning finisher. Every workout is scalable, perfect for beginners and a challenge for veterans.

    Calisthenics Workshop

    Saturday: 10:30AM

    Join our calisthenics workshop every Saturday! This beginner- friendly class focuses on bodyweight strength (pushups, dips, pullups - with assistance options), handstand prep, and skill progressions. We'll start with technique coaching, move into a strength & conditioning circuit and finish with a mobility cool-down so you leave stronger and moving better
