    Functional Fitness Bootcamp

    6:00PM - Tues / Thurs A coach-led class blending strength and conditioning with functional movements you use in real life and athletic movements. Expect a dynamic warm-up, technique coaching, a strength block, and conditioning finisher. Every workout is scalable, perfect for beginners and a challenge for veterans.

    Calisthenics Workshop

    Saturday 10:30 AM/ Thursday 7:30PM: Join our calisthenics workshop every Saturday! This beginner- friendly class focuses on bodyweight strength (pushups, dips, pullups - with assistance options), handstand prep, and skill progressions. We'll start with technique coaching, move into a strength & conditioning circuit and finish with a mobility cool-down so you leave stronger and moving better

    Flexibility and Mobility

    Monday 7:30PM: A guided session focused on joint health, range of motion, and posture. we'll blend dynamic mobility, targeted stretches, breathwork and gentle stability drills for hips, shoulders, spine and ankles. Perfect for easing stiffness, improving range of motion, and moving pain-free. Every movement is scalable and coach - led.

    Faith and Fitness Bootcamp

    Saturday 9:15AM: A high-energy, faith-centered workout that blends strength training and full body circuits. We encourage with scripture, prayer, and uplifting music. Expect a dynamic warm-up, coach-led technique, a full - body circuit, partner challenges, and a restorative cool-down!

    Little Moves, Big Strength

    Youth calisthenics is a fun, engaging class for kids that builds real strength, balance, and confidence through bodyweight movement. Designed for ages 6 - 12 yrs old.
