At Powered by Grace, groups can choose between a Trainer - Led Special Event through our faith and fitness program, perfect for youth groups, ministry nights and church events. Our Faith and Fitness workshop is fully guided experience that blends scripture, movement, and mindset.

Or a Self-Led Group Session for teams and clubs who simply need space and equipment. Our facility is available for team conditioning, meeting, or skill training with access to our equipment and open-floor layout.

Faith and Fitness Program Guide

Duration: 90 minutes 

Age Requirements: 5+ years old 

Group Size Capacity: 5 participant minimum- 15 maximum

Level 1: Foundation

All groups must complete two Level 1 sessions before moving on to other levels of program. These sessions are designed to build confidence, teach proper form, and create a strong spiritual and physical foundation.

Part 1 includes

  • 10 Minute devotion to ground the group in scripture and purchase.
  • 10 minutes of mobility to prepare the body.
  • 45 minutes of movement foundations, focusing on proper form, breathing, and bracing.
  • 20-minute workout using bodyweight and plyometric drills.
  • 10 minute of stretching

Part 2: continues building these fundamentals diving deeper into technique and safety for the three core lifts (squat, deadlift, and bench press) while reinforcing movement quality, spotting, and progression.

Level 2: Strength & Powerlifting Development

Level 2 builds on the foundations established in level 1 and introduces your group to true powerlifting strength. This 90- minute session follows our Faith and Fitness structure:

  • 10 Minutes Devotion
  • 15 Minute Mobility
  • 45 Minutes Strength Training
  • 20 Minutes Conditioning
  • 10 Minutes Stretching

In this phase, participants begin adding weight to the core lifts taught in level one: squat, deadlift, and bench press. Under guided instruction, groups learn safe loading, spotting, progression, and proper barbell mechanics. Level two deepens both physical discipline and spiritual confidence, helping each participant grow stronger in body and rooted in faith.

Level 3: Olympic Lifting & Advanced Movements

Level 3 introduces your group to the dynamic world of Olympic lifting, building directly from strength and technique developed in Levels One. This 90 minute session follows our Faith and Fitness structure:

  • 10 Minute Devotion
  • 15 Minute Mobility
  • 45 Minute Strength Training
  • 20 Minutes Conditioning
  • 10 Minutes of Stretching

Participants learn the foundations of the clean, jerk, and snatch, focusing on timing, bar path, explosiveness, and safe progression. Each movement is broken down into accessible drills is groups can master the mechanics before moving into full lifts. Level three challenges coordination, strength, and disciple while keeping Christ at the center of every rep, helping each participant grow in both skill and spiritual confidence.
